Shutdown Day is the end of the world as we know it – when computers don’t work! Well, not really. It’s a voluntary effort to see what people can do without computers, and what being without a computer means to them. So, I volunteered to be one of more than 52,439 people who’ll turn off their computer on the 24th of March.
I must admit, it may cause some problems, as I’m working on assignments at the moment, and they’re currently on computer-based or internet research based. I suppose I’ll just have to read a book, listen to some music, do some tiding up around the house (I must admit, it needs it at the moment), and generally relax!
